Agricast is a precision agricultural weather platform that provides weather forecasts, soil data, crop growth tracking, spray weather analysis, and related agronomic tools. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.
All weather data, forecasts, soil information, and agronomic recommendations provided by Agricast are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Weather forecasting is inherently uncertain and you should not make critical farming, financial, or safety decisions based solely on information from this Service.
AGRICAST IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CROP LOSS, FINANCIAL LOSS, OR OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON DATA PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE.
Agricast offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. By subscribing to Agricast Pro, you agree to the following:
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
All content, design, code, and data compilations on Agricast are the property of AJ Worden. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. Weather data is sourced from third-party providers including Open-Meteo, ERA5/ECMWF, and NOAA — their respective terms apply to that data.

To the maximum extent permitted by Colorado law, AJ Worden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including crop loss, lost profits, or data loss, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
